Inquiry Staff [Philippines]


 

· Answering phone and viber inquiries regarding products availability

· Reporting unserved inquiries

· Encoding Purchases order and processing pick up schedule

· Checking the dealers payment before releasing the items

· Coordinate with warehouse the items for actual

· Coordinate with QC the items for comparison

· Monitor the advance PO

· Approving request for change of item then forwarding to QC the RIW form and transact in SAP the receiving report

· Checking and sending cutting quotation to requesting dealer

· Handle concerns from dealers

· Generate daily movement report and reconcile with alley heads actual count

· Prepares unpick up report and email to dealers

· Encoding breakage report

· Processing the gate pass for outgoing items such as disposal of waste

· Processing warranty claims

· Processing the request for adjustment in SAP

· Tracing wrong pullout

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php15,000.00 per month

  • Ortigas Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Inquiry Department: 1 year (Preferred)
