The essence of this role is to add value to the business by building relationships with key stakeholders in delivering targeted sales. This will be achieved through direct and indirect sales and services and by being the subject matter expert in your territory.
Reporting to the NSW Sector Lead, a professional customer service attitude will underpin the role, as will a development of unparalleled product knowledge across the retail and hospitality market. The successful candidate will inherit a clearly defined portfolio within Metro NSW and possess the ability to develop their territory through a demonstrated ability to build professional rapport with key external stakeholders and surpass servicing benchmarks.
Demonstrated experience in account management and the technical service industry will be of advantage. Ideally you will have relevant hygiene / cleaning chemical experience together with a fundamental understanding of the chemicals.
